Scale

Main Ingredients:

  • 400 g seedless watermelon, cubed
  • 5075 g agave syrup (adjust to taste)
  • 25 g fresh lime juice

Optional Add-ins:

  • Lime zest (for extra citrus flavor)
  • Tiny pinch of salt (to balance sweetness)
  • 11.5 g xanthan gum (for smoother texture)

In a blender, combine watermelon cubes, agave syrup, lime juice, and optional ingredients like lime zest or xanthan gum. Blend until smooth. Taste and adjust sweetness or acidity if needed.

2. Freeze Mixture

3. Process in Ninja Creami

Insert the frozen pint into the Ninja Creami machine and process using the gelato or sorbet function. If it’s crumbly, use the respin function until creamy.
