  • 1 tbsp sugar-free vanilla pudding mix (for thickness and texture)
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (adds protein and flavor)
  • Optional mix-ins: Sprinkles, chocolate chips, or fruit chunks

Instructions

Step 1: Mix Ingredients

In the Ninja Creami pint container, whisk together milk, pudding mix, and protein powder until smooth. No lumps! Use cold milk for best results.

Step 2: Freeze

Cover the container with its lid and freeze flat for at least 12 hours (overnight works best).

Step 3: Process

After freezing, place the pint in your Ninja Creami machine. Select the “Ice Cream” setting and churn until smooth. If crumbly, add a splash of milk and hit “Re-spin.”

Step 4: Add Mix-Ins (Optional)

For extras like sprinkles or chocolate chips, make a small hole in the center of the ice cream, add mix-ins, and press the “Mix-In” button.
