Ingredients

Scale
  • 16 oz fresh strawberries, washed and hulled (or thawed frozen strawberries)
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar (optional, based on sweetness preference)
  • Splash of lemon juice (optional, for brightness)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Ingredients: Wash and hull the strawberries. If using frozen berries, thaw them completely. Add sugar and lemon juice if desired.
  2. Blend: Puree the ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth, like a thick smoothie. Add a splash of water or milk if needed to help blend.
  3. Freeze: Pour the mixture into the Ninja Creami pint container, ensuring it doesn’t exceed the MAX FILL line. Level the surface, secure the lid, and freeze flat for at least 12 hours.
  4. Process in Ninja Creami: Once frozen solid, place the pint in the Ninja Creami machine and select the “Sorbet” function. If crumbly, use the “Re-spin” function for a creamier texture.
  5. Serve: Scoop out and enjoy immediately for the best texture!
