- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 tbsp lemon jello pudding mix (for thick texture)
- 2 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tbsp powdered monk fruit sweetener
- Optional: 2 tbsp graham cracker crumbs
- Mix
Combine all ingredients in Ninja Creami pint. Froth vigorously with handheld mixer until smooth.
- Freeze
Place on level surface in freezer for 24 hours (no peeking!).
- Prep & Spin
- Run frozen pint under hot water 60 sec
- Secure in Creami → Select “Lite Ice Cream”

- Finish
