Notes

Serving Suggestions:

  • Serve in bowls, cones, or hollowed-out fruit shells like pineapple for a fun presentation.
  • Add fresh mint leaves or a sprinkle of shredded coconut for garnish.

Tips & Tricks:

  • For a smoother texture, ensure fruits are well-drained (if packed in heavy syrup).
  • Use ripe bananas to enhance natural sweetness.
  • Add a splash of lime juice for extra zing!

Storage & Reheating:

  • Store leftovers in the pint container with the lid on tight.
  • To keep it scoopable, add a teaspoon of vegetable glycerin before freezing.
  • If too firm, let the sorbet sit at room temperature for 5–10 minutes before serving.

Enjoy a creamy, bright, and tropical sorbet that’s as easy to make as it is to enjoy!
