Ingredients

  • 15 oz canned crushed pineapple in heavy syrup
  • 35 tbsp Cream of Coconut (like Coco Lopez)
  • 1/4 cup almond milk creamer
  • 1 tbsp shredded coconut (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix pineapple, Cream of Coconut, and almond creamer in a Ninja Creami pint.
  2. Freeze for 24 hours.
  3. Let sit at room temp for 10 minutes.
  4. Spin in Ninja Creami on sorbet setting.
  5. Re-spin if needed for creamier texture.
  6. Optional: Mix in shredded coconut using mix-in function.
