  • 2 tbsp mocha almond butter (or peanut butter/nut spread)
  • 1 cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 banana, sliced

Toppings

  • 1 banana, sliced
  • ½ cup raspberries
  • 1 tbsp sliced almonds
  • ¼ cup chocolate-covered espresso beans
  • 1 tsp honey or ½ tsp maple syrup

Instructions

Step 1: Blend the Base

  • In a blender, combine coffee, oat milk, mocha almond butter, raspberries, and banana.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.

Step 2: Freeze the Mixture

  • Pour the blended mixture into a Ninja Creami pint container.
  • Freeze upright for 24 hours to ensure even freezing.

Step 3: Process in the Ninja Creami

  • Remove the frozen pint and place it in the Ninja Creami machine.
  • Select the “Smoothie Bowl” setting to process.
  • If the mixture appears crumbly, use the “Re-spin” function for a creamier texture.

Step 4: Assemble the Bowl

  • Scoop the processed smoothie into a bowl.
  • Add toppings: sliced banana, raspberries, almonds, chocolate-covered espresso beans, and a drizzle of honey or maple syrup.

Notes

Serving Suggestions

  • Enjoy immediately for the best texture.
  • Pair with granola, coconut flakes, or toasted bread for a heartier meal.

Tips & Tricks

  • Cool your coffee completely before blending to avoid curdling the milk.
  • No Ninja Creami? Freeze the blended base in portions, then blend again before serving (though it won’t be as creamy).

Storage

  • Store leftovers in the Ninja Creami pint container and freeze.
  • Re-process using the “Re-spin” function for smooth results.
  • Want softer leftovers straight from the freezer? Add 1 tsp vegetable glycerin to the mixture before freezing.

This recipe is simple, fun, and perfect for coffee lovers looking for a creative twist. Experiment with toppings, seasonal fruits, or nut butters to make it your own. Enjoy!
