Ingredients

  • 1 Atkins Chai Tea Latte Protein Shake
  • 1 package instant vanilla pudding mix

Optional add-ins:

  • 10g unflavored collagen powder (for extra protein)
  • ¼ tsp xanthan gum (for creaminess)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, thoroughly whisk together the Chai Tea Latte Protein Shake and instant pudding mix until completely smooth.
  2. Pour mixture into a clean Ninja Creami pint container.
  3. Ensure the container is level and freeze for 24 hours.
  4. Remove from freezer and immediately place into the outer bowl of your Ninja Creami.
  5. Process using the Ice Cream setting.
  6. If mixture is crumbly, use the Re-spin function until smooth.
