This homemade blueberry ice cream is creamy, fruity, and incredibly easy to make with the Ninja Creami machine. With just three simple ingredients, it’s perfect for summer days or anytime you crave a fresh, flavorful treat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1¼ cups goat milk (or sub whole milk for a richer flavor)
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup (or honey/agave)
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries (thawed, if using frozen)

Instructions

  1. Blend Ingredients: Combine goat milk, maple syrup, and blueberries in a blender. Blend until completely smooth. (Prefer chunky ice cream? Lightly pulse the blender instead.)
  2. Freeze Mixture: Pour the mixture into a Ninja Creami pint container, filling only to the max line. Secure the lid and place it in the freezer for at least 24 hours.
  3. Process in Ninja Creami: Lock the frozen pint into the Ninja Creami machine and select the “Ice Cream” setting.
  4. Re-spin, If Needed: If the texture looks crumbly, add 1–2 tablespoons of milk and select “Re-spin.” Repeat until it’s creamy.
  5. Serve: Scoop into bowls or cones and enjoy! Add toppings like fresh blueberries or lemon zest for extra flair.

Notes

  • Serving Suggestions: Pair with cookies, drizzle with honey, or garnish with whipped cream for a fancier presentation.
  • Tips: Let the frozen pint sit at room temp for 5 minutes before processing for smoother results. Use high-quality blueberries for the best flavor.
  • Storage: Store leftover ice cream in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 1 week. To soften, let it sit out for 10 minutes before serving.
